New Chief Executive Officer - Jack Reinelt

On 6 May 2009 the Board appointed Jack Reinelt as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Jack has 30 years of management and executive responsibility in the business to business sector of the information technology industry. Most recently, he was Managing Director and COO, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, at TeleAtlas. Under his leadership over a four-year period, the business grew revenues from Euro 78 million to Euro 217 million and EBITDA fromEuro 6 million to Euro 110 million. Jack is a Board Member of GDI Infotech, a private IT consultancy based in Michigan, USA. Since his arrival, Jack has brought a clear focus to executing the Company’s strategy and has identified a number of key initiatives to improve GoIndustry-DoveBid’s operational performance.
