IC Assembly and Test Production Equipment

Following the closure of Philippine’s IC Test & Assembly sale earlier this month, all unsold lots are now available through the online auction of IC Assembly and Test Production Equipment. This sale features over 100 lots of wire bonders, die attach machines, reflow ovens and much more from the world-class semiconductor manufacturer, which closed its plant in Cavite, Philippines.
